Our End Games are designed to end each class with a fun activity. The games don't have to be just for fun. In fact, most of our games incorporate a variety of items including:
- Cardiovascular work
- Memory
- Teamwork
- Mental challenge
- Fitness
- Conditioning
- Hand to eye coordination
- Listening skills
- Balance
Plus most of the games have variety built into them so you get more than one drill with each game. Each individual game is completely described in simple to follow instructions. The games can be played at any experience level, White Belt to Black Belt and any age 5 to adult. They are bundled together in the categories as listed on the menu to the left.
Not everyone is going to win, of course. Sometimes the same person will win over and over. (Life is not always fair or equal.) However, you can easily modify the rules of the games so that more people win or even so there is no contest at all - just individual challenges. An example is kicking until you put your foot down. In our version a student would be out of the game the first time they put their foot on the floor. In a "no winners or losers" version the student would just continue - try, try again.
